Step 3. Proceed to enrolling officers

Step 4. Proceed to Cashier
Step 5. The student is now officially enrolled!

Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy) Optional
Report Card (F-138) - Original Copy
SF 10 (Formerly Form 137) - Original Copy
One (1) Long Brown Envelop
Note: For ESC Grantees bring ESC system generated certificate
